Unipass Letter of Authority - Aviva pilot
Aviva is now piloting Unipass Letter of Authority (ULoA) for Protection
This means that requests for Aviva Protection products will now be submitted electronically to Aviva. Once submitted, your firm will be able to track the progress of these requests using the ULoA service.
Aviva will typically deliver the following information when fulfilling LoA requests for Protection
Personal information
- Life covered
- Gender
- Date of birth
- Smoker status
- Occupation
Cover details
- Start date
- Expiry age
- End date
How much will it cost?
- First premium due date
- Last premium due date
Optional benefit(s)
- Detail around any optional benefits
Additional benefit(s)
- Additional benefits (if part of the policy)
Only Aviva protection policies can be submitted electronically via ULoA. However, other Aviva policies can be included on the request, downloaded as a PDF, and then sent via traditional channels like Unipass Mailock or post.
