Aegon reinforces email security and communications for advisers with launch of Unipass Mailock
News, Press Release
Origo has helped Royal London replace over one million print, pack and post items through the use of secure digital communication solution, Mailock.
Origo has been working with Royal London to deploy Mailock, a secure email solution designed by Beyond Encryption that incorporates an exclusive integration with Origo’s Unipass Identity, a digital passport used by 8 out of 10 financial professionals. It utilises military-grade encryption and ID authentication, offering organisations throughout financial services the ability to communicate with clients efficiently and securely, while mitigating the risks of data interception.
Anthony Rafferty, CEO of Origo, said: “Using this alternative method of sending out sensitive information and documentation has enabled Royal London to digitise a million pieces of output which would otherwise have been sent via post. This number is only set to increase as Royal London continues to expand its use of secure digital communications.”
David Law, Customer and Adviser Experience Team at Royal London said: “By enabling us to send secure communications digitally, Mailock has played an important role in significantly reducing our paper usage. This supports our sustainability goals* but also enhances our customer experience, providing advisers and their clients with the immediacy and security they expect from their financial services provider.”
Paul Holland, Founder and CEO of Beyond Encryption, said:
“By facilitating the shift from physical to digital correspondence, we’re not just cutting down on paper use; we’re fundamentally changing the way businesses think about their environmental footprint. We are proud to support Royal London and Origo and look forward to continuing our partnership to further advance their digital and environmental objectives.”
